Be out of Israel!

Sephardi Chief Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef said on March 26 that many non-Jews should be forbidden from living in the Land of Israel according to Jewish law. Thanks to Haaretz for exposing this lunacy.

Yes, you heard it right.

This is what passes for intelligent rabbinic thought among too many rabbis. And Yosef is the chief Sephardic rabbi!

“According to Jewish law, it’s forbidden for a non-Jew to live in the Land of Israel – unless he has accepted the seven Noachide laws.” f he’s not willing to accept one of them, [which is] not to commit suicide, if he’s not willing to accept this, you send him to Saudi Arabia,” Yosef continued, apparently referring to suicide attackers.

The seven Noachide laws include prohibitions on idolatry, blasphemy, murder, illicit sexual relations, stealing and eating the limb of a living animal, plus a positive commandment to establish court systems.

Be out Palestinians

“If our hands were strong, if we had governing power, then non-Jews shouldn’t live in the Land of Israel,” Yosef added. “But our hands aren’t strong. We’re awaiting our righteous Messiah, who will be the true and complete redemption, and then they’ll do this.” The reason some non-Jews are allowed to live in Israel, Yosef continued, is to serve the Jewish population. “Who will be the servers? Who will be our assistants? Therefore, we leave them here in the land,” he said.

Two weeks ago, Yosef sparked a storm when he used his weekly lecture to discuss the recent wave of Palestinian stabbing attacks.

“If someone is coming with a knife – it’s a commandment to kill him,” Yosef said. “If someone is coming to kill you, kill him first. Don’t start being afraid of all kinds of … that they’ll make a court case against you afterward, or that some [Israel Defense Forces] chief of staff will come and say something different.”

“This also deters them,” he added. “The moment a terrorist knows that if he comes with a knife, he won’t return alive, this will deter them. Therefore, it’s a commandment to kill him.”

In that lecture, Yosef was responding to remarks made by IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot said,” I don’t want a soldier to empty a clip into a girl with a pair of scissors.”

Several Knesset members from the Likud and Habayit Hayehudi parties criticized Eisenkot for that statement. Haaretz

This is mind boggling stuff! For heaven sakes, non Jews not allowed to live in Israel.
How on earth does that fit in any democracy or even non democracy?

It’s no wonder so many young people are turned off all religion when they hear this nonsense.

This blog continues to expose the irrational and ludicrous position of the Israeli government and the insane position it has towards Palestine.

Good on ya Ted! Keep the focus sharp and clear. You won’t get any of this in your local papers!

So Canada is going ahead with Stephen Harper’s arms deal with Saudi.
Not much is being said about this issue until today’s Star was published. It’s interesting to note all the opposition in this article.

So “Canada is back,” is it? Who says so? And who is advising this new Trudeau government on foreign policy? Then again, isn’t that Stephen Harper I see slipping furtively in through Parliament’s side door?
In spite of increasing criticism both at home and abroad, Canada seems determined to go ahead with the largest arms export contract in the country’s history, to Saudi Arabia, one of the worst human rights violators in the world.
Once again, we see the triumph of profit over human rights, and pragmatism over principle. I thought those days were over. Didn’t Canadians vote last October to get rid of Harper in an effort to open a new chapter for Canada’s role in the world?”

Burman goes on to say that many critics within Harpers own party oppose this deal including the famous Jewish lawyer Irvin Cotler. Also opposed on moral principle is Louise Abour a Canadian former Supreme Court judge now with the UN.

Someone needs to wake up in this new Liberal government to the realities of the Middle East and stop sucking up to the money in Montreal.

People ask why Ted continues his focus on Israel and its in humane treatment of Palestinians of all stripes when the media would have us believe this is a civil war where both sides are at fault.

    Nothing could be more untrue.
This author agrees that the root cause of the U.S. Conflict in the Middle East is Palestine but why can’t the media brake from the Jewish Zionist hold that seals them from writing good journalistic truth?

America’s Problems in the Middle East: The Palestinian Suffering

    By Hassan El-Najjar

Roots of America’s problems in the Middle East: The Palestinian suffering

    (Jihad Awartani, Ad Dustour, 9/12/06).

“The US blind support for the Israeli occupation and control over the Palestinian people has created enormous suffering for Palestinians. This is seen by Arabs, Muslims and peace-loving people all over the world as support for the Israeli injustice, oppression, and persecution of the Palestinian people.

The Zionist state should be forced to end its occupation of Palestine, as a first step towards peace. Supporting Israeli occupiers leads to suffering of the Palestinian people, to more wars, and to more death and destruction in the world.

It’s time for the US power elite (Conservatives and Liberals alike) to admit that American foreign policy has been hijacked by Israelis and their supporters. America’s best interests are served by having friendly and peaceful relations with all nations, particularly Arabs and Muslims who own most of the world’s oil reserves.”
